KMA Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2022 by Kevin P. McLaughlin. McLaughlin, a 25-year veteran in the Industry, has completed over 1,000 transactions in 19 different States throughout his career.

KMA CRE goes beyond traditional brokerage. In addition to the basics such as Tenant and Landlord Representation, we deliver strategic advisory services — including Value Maximization Analysis, Strategic Consulting, Site Selection, and Asset Management — designed to help clients make smarter, more profitable real estate decisions.

Prior to KMA Commercial Real Estate, McLaughlin served as Executive Managing Director | Principal of Newmark’s St. Louis office since 2015. In addition, Kevin is a proud member of SIOR, and licensed in both Missouri and Illinois.
